Did a search, didn't see what I was looking for...

Have five Title II items, one individual and four in a trust, and recently moved all the way from Clark to Floyd Co.

Do I have a legal obligation to notify BATFE of my permanent address change for an intrastate move? I've seen conflicting information online; some places say I should submit a 5320.20 and others say that isn't REQUIRED.

Figured others have done the same thing so I'd hit up the brain trust.

    Thanks!

Moved intrastate N->S. Sent letter with numbers; got thank you reply about 12 weeks later for keeping the registry up to date. Also heard could have just sent in 5320.20 and checked the permanent box for new location.
