Just wondering if anyone knows if the NFA branch is closed? I sent in my 5320.20's for 2019 and got most of them back but not all of them and was wondering if they hadn't been processed yet, if I was going to see them anytime soon because of the shutdown.

I'm missing my Illinois SBR paperwork, which is where I shoot most often. =(

From what I heard, this partial shutdown does not affect the NFA branch. They were funded under a separate prior spending bill.

I have seen people online saying that they were approved post shutdown. I myself am waiting on an E-Filed Form 1 that was submitted 12/16.

Their Facebook has posts everyday... until Dec 21st and stops. Government shutdown starts the next day.

    Mic drop.
