have you ever had this happen?

i spend my time to sharpen all my wifes kitchen knives the good ones ,so sharp that part of my finger tip went somewhere and didnt know it lol.so she asks me to slice some cornbeef.ok well i go to grab the knife and start slicing and i cant do it. i look at the edge and see what looks like a butter knife where there was razor i ask what did you cut,she said the dessert on the pampered chef stonewear i am not happy to say the least.

Get used to it. I sharpen kitchen knives weekly... but....they are there to be used.....

If that would happen to my expensive Kitchen knives there would be a small nuclear blast in my house.
I get ticked when she chops, instead of slicing, with them.
