So if anyone is looking to get their knives surgical sharp( the word doesn't do it justice) talk with Nova512. I just got a Esse 4 for Christmas so I was going to dull it up before I took it to Nova. I decided that I would let Nova sharpen it before making it dull and WOW I'm glad I did. This knife is not the same knife I had its 100 times better. The price to get my knife sharpened was a great value for what I got in return. Nova512 is a great guy and a valued member of this forum. Don't hesitate to message him to sharpen your knives you won't regret it. I would recommend Nova to sharpen any knife and this won't be the last knife he will sharpen for me. Great Communication and Turn around time.
