I recently bought a Jeff White custom and I'd rather not put it in a leather sheath. I don't really need anything fancy for a sheath, I just want something that holds a knife well and has a belt loop. In the past I've used Red Rhino, but they've grown and now their sheaths are $100 a piece. Ideally I'd like to find a kydex sheath for half of that shipped to my door. I really don't care about a ferro rod holder, or fancy buckles, or whatever sheath options are out there. Just looking for something with a good fit and minimal in size/weight.

    Anyone have someone they'd recommend?

Slow Hand here on INGO. He did a very nice Kydex sheath for my Condor Moonstalker. He does great work!

So does slowhand have a website or anything? Couple months ago I bought two sheaths for different knives from two different people I found online, and while i am very satisfied and they both came out excellent and at a very reasonable price , I would always rather buy local. I didn't find anyone when I was looking though.

I have a site site but honestly it's not very up to date. I put all of my pictures on my Facebook page. I got reprimanded for posting a lot no biting a feller went to Facebook and searched for 'M2B Kydex' you might see some cool pictures.

I haven't bought a full kydex holster in a very long time. My outside-belt or inside-belt carry has all been the leather lined Silent Thunder Holsters by Garrett Industries.

However, I have recently found, ordered and now carry a new IWB holster from Vedder Holsters. I've found that Mike Vedder and his family makes one of the finest all Kydex Holster at any price. Yes it does use a spring steel clip and steel screw assemblies so it is actually not an "all" kydex holster.

While they are somewhat expensive, they are no way the most expensive. They also ship quickly, usually less that five days after the order is places.

Do I recommend Vedder Holsters? You bet your Bippy I do.

Alright. She's all done! I'll get it shipped back your way tomorrow. I added the Ferro Rod and holder as a little bonus. It's easily removed if you don't want/need it.
