    Hey Ya'll...
I was gifted a Benchmade Auto APB (6800SBK)
Is it legal to have on my person just as an everyday carry?

Yup. Due to massive attempts by the American Knife and Tool Institute to our legislators, senators and law enforcement officers, the possession, use and buying/trading/selling of switchblades, auto knives, gravity knives and butterfly knives are now good to go for all Hoosiers.
I am one of the members of AKTI and money contributors.
