A while back i made a kiridashi for my dad for leather work and i ended up liking it more than i thought i would so i ended up making me on with a bit longer blade. This one is out of o1 and is about 6" long and 1" at the widest point. I milled a slot down the tang to wrap gutted paracord through. I really didn't think i would like these but they are cool little knives. Anyway just figured i would share. mykiridashi.jpg

I've used a Kiridashi for years in wood working. Makes a great marking tool. Same moves to sharpen as my chisels.

    You made a beautiful knife.
