I have the opportunity to purchase a Microtech Halo 6 for $370. Now the blade is a little bit loose on it and I'm wondering if that's a big deal or if I should pull the trigger and get it...

All OTF's with the exception of the G&G Deadlock ($1,000+ custom knife) have some wiggle , otherwise the blade would be fighting a bunch of friction to even deploy the blade. That's a hell of a buy at $370

Don't know about the HALO VI but I recently purchased a Marfione Custom HALO IV which I'm theory should have much closer tolerances and better fitment than production Microtechs. It still has slight side to side blade play. Dean is right, all OTFs will inherently have blade play. It's part of the OTF charm.
