I commissioned INGOer "Nova512" to make me a nice, quality kitchen knife a few months ago. I wanted a slightly radiused blade so it could be rocked, and I also wanted a large handle to accommodate my large hands. And of course it had to be good steel and have durable handles. Today he presented me with this beauty! 154CM steel and black micarta handles. This thing is sharp enough to cut air, and heavy enough that any vegetable or protein in my kitchen will be dealt with easily. I can't wait to get to using it! Huge props to Rob! :ingo:

How thick is it? Standard kitchen knife thick? I like the handle, I can picture it with a santoku blade. Very tempting...
