I get the feeling that SpartanAutos (dot com) uses that name due to similarity to Spartan knives. I won auctions for two different knives around Thanksgiving at about 60% of what they usually bring (~25% of the BuyNow!). The guy said he would combine shipping but then charged me shipping on both auctions while sending both knives in one box. (CC company took my side when I disputed the 2nd shipping charge).

I don't know much about steel but these just don't seem to be very good quality. Any suggestions on where I might get replacement blades?

Henry, I would seek out Brad at Revolver Tactical here on INGO. He might not have bargains like you won but stands behind his products 100%.
