I hate putting this out there bu I have been thinking about it for a while.
My gunsmith business is at the point of growing or becoming stagnant. I am at the point where I can not keep up with it and the bodyshop, so I am kicking around the idea of hiring someone to help with my Cerakoting and maybe more.

Someone without any experience in gun disassembly and reassembly would have to work my schedule for a while which could mean some 4:00 am mornings and some afternoons.

Like I say I am just thinking about this, but would be open to discussing it with potential interested people. this would not make a person rich by any means and certainly would not support a family unless some miracle happened down the road.

This would be part time and have a paycheck with taxes taken out.

I am open to any ideas from other INGO members
