I am on an ASUS laptop, running windows 10, on google chrome (everything up to date)

I was trying to reply to a post using "reply with quote" and I will show you an example of what was occurring, and I have NO idea as to why:

I could very easily type above the quoted text like this.

"This is the user's quoted posting"

    BelowthequoteIwasunabletousethespacebar,howeverwhenIwentbackabovethequotetagsIcouldusethespacebar.

Basically, I think I may be having an issue with the
    Code:
    [QUOTE]User text here[/QUOTE]
and allowing me to type below it.

Not a huge issue, but was really frustrating and making me question if a driver was acting up. Thx.

Had the same thing happen to me yesterday doing some private messaging. Part way through the typing it started working. I went back and spaced everything before I sent it.

    Weird.

Having the same problem. I can post a reply by itself without any issues, but have the problem if I attempt to reply using a previous quote.

Just put a hashtag in front of it. Then it will make sense.

Problem started with the latest Chrome update. The first line after a quote does not see the space bar.

The way around it is to type one letter in the first line, hit return and type as normal, the second line works correctly. Then delete the one letter in the first line.

It seems Chrome is slowly dissolving the keyboard. The backspace key doesn't work to backspace to a previous page, you have to click on the backspace arrow in the top right or Alt-Left arrow.

    Chrome be very broken.

Reading through the vBulletin Forums, it appears they are aware of the conflict with Chrome, but I didnt see any answers given other than trying Enter a couple times, or what has worked for me, hitting backspace.

Sorry for the problems, but sometimes things are just out of our control

I havent had it happen to me in a couple weeks. Since it is a software issue, not an INGO issue, there really isnt much we can do until vBulletin comes up with a fix, from what I understand.

When it was happening to me, hitting backspace a couple times usually took care of it.
