Patience people. My people all all over this. There are some glitches in the old format/operating system and they are being aggressively worked on.
Trying to save the V-bulletin Format so the locals do not riot.

Yeah there is a double post option in the admin area hoping simply changing that would fix the issue. Not at all!!! Changed back...

We are working on a few things, even creating a 100% completely new style template to see if it's a broken template. Testing that on my end now...

I had the same thing happen from my home computer twice today. Laptop, wireless connection and Chrome browser, if that helps you.
