Silly Netnanny!

I've seen examples of this in pretty much every forum on which I have posted, but it always makes me chuckle. My first example here: I typed the word, "S w e e t w a t e r", and the netnanny took the liberty of changing it to :"Swee****er"..

HHAHHA! I've had some interesting conversations with the IT department at work about what content their netnanny was blocking from me. A guitar site that I am a member of blocks the word dick (d i c k ). So any posts about the great Dick Dale get edited in a most amusing way as well.

**** is such an innocuous word, really should be removed from the INGO word filter. So rarely even used. Probably 99% false positives on it being filtered.

I promise to relinquish use of "****-waffle" if we just remove it from the filter.

There are is a chain of donut shops in SW Michigan called Swee****er. Best donuts ever. Their regular glazed donuts leave your face looking like you ate....um....oh....um.....a great glazed dount!!!
