Logged in sessions timing out.

I have noticed on several different occasions after logging in that for some reason I am no longer signed in. This has been a problem
in the past for instance whenever I might get up to use the bathroom, take the dog out, etc that I would no longer be logged in.Same thing if I watch an attached video sometime.

Is there some sort of time limit on lack of activity that boots me off ? However on at least 3 occasions I have been booted while
sitting at my pc the whole time. Is there a setting on the site that would alleviate this problem?

To keep folks from logging in leaving Ingo up on the screen there is a time limit. I get booted all the time if I am writing a long response.

If I'm writing a long response, I keep a second window open on INGO, and I use that to hit "userCP" every once in a while to keep me logged in.

I guess I don’t understand why this would be a problem if they did leave up? Is it a HIPPA violation if you do
