Rogue ads redirecting away from INGO

I was searching INGO without being logged in, on a brand new phone that I activated just last week, and was redirected away from INGO repeatedly to scam antivirus and "you're a winner" pages.

This phone only has apps that I've used for years and has no malware.

Suggest we reconsider who we're hosting our ads with

Just happened again in the general forum... Strange coyote thread... Also not logged in... Loading progress bar went 3/4 the way while I was reading the thread and then jump to the end and redirected to a scam contest page.

I'm thinking it's a phone issue more than an INGO issue.

We do not run ads like that, nor does the ad network. They are small. we work with 1 place and 1 place for the last post only to guests, that is it. However I will check on it just in case. These ads are very common on phones, very very common.

I don't quite understand, I know that people who are not logged in see more ads than those that are... which ad are you saying is not supposed to be there?

not likely, this phone is literally one week old only has apps from AT&T and Google Play Store, specifically Ring, Facebook, Instagram, my alarm company, and WeatherBug.

EDIT: Just to be sure I ran Malwarebytes on the phone, it's clean.

No.

I just tried on my wife's phone, the first thread that I went to on INGO suffered from the redirect also... Same behavior, redirect occurred immediately after the mid thread ad loaded.

She has not told me of any problems with the phone.

That's two for two, problem free phones suffering redirects only on INGO.

Ingo has a problem with bad ads shown when people are not logged in.
