Full screen on android

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy. Overnight (Sayurday night) the pages switched from full screen to a smaller screen with a strp on the right side. Double tapping the page will zoom it back to full screen, but it has to be done with every page. I couldn't find a setting for full screen. There's some kind of mobile setting but that wasn't it.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of a page. There’s a drop down menu on the left. Choose —ingunowners under “standard styles”

I'm on the default. The top header is the same. Everything below it, starting at the YouTube link, shrank.
