Cant respond to an ad in classifieds

So I am a new member and have introduced myself but very few posts. I am looking for an AR and found one I am interested in in the classified section. I cannot reply to the ad nor can I pm until I have 50 posts. I sent a question about this on this site and have not heard back. I will say, although I am new and I get some join just to sell or maybe some nefarious reason, but this makes no sense when a member cant reply to an ad nor post a thread to have the seller get in touch with me. What am I missing, besides having a heck of a time finding the FAQ on this lol.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE THAT IS FREQUENTLY IGNORED:
If you are donating to bypass the 50-post Classified restriction, please PM texkev after becoming a Supporter to let him know that you need to have your account adjusted to bypass the post count restriction as additional work will need to be done to allow you into the Classifieds.

You must specifically request what you need. Don't just PM him saying "I paid! Wheee!" because it's going to be ignored.

Awesome thanks very much! I am new at this but will be around a long time as Indiana is and has been my home and I have much to learn. Although I am former military, that was a long time ago and so much has changed. Thank you again for your help!
