Guns and Ammo, Shooting Times, Guns, Handgunner. There's probably one or two I forgot. Don't forget American Rifleman and First Freedom. You are an NRA member, aren't yu.
(Please let's not start a pro/con NRA thread again, it's a personal preference)

None, although I do occasionally buy an issue of SWAT or Shotgun News at my local bookstore.

SWAT, all the others are just promo literature for gun makers.

The only difference is that SWAT has more non-product-related articles. Those product reviews it does have are no more objective than any of the other trade rags, though they are better written.

If you want unbiased product reviews there is only one source I am aware of..... Gun Tests its not cheap but that's because there is no advertisment. All financing for the publication comes from the sale of the publication. Hence you get only the facts. What they do is purchase several similar firearms and fire several thousand round threw each. And tell ya what's up. They look at accuracy, reliability, functionability, price and the overall quality of the weapon. Then rate it as buy or don't buy. Pretty simple......JC

I thumb through most of them while enjoying coffee drink at my local bookstore... does that make me cheap.

I get most of those mentioned above. My favs lately are Shooting Times and Handloader. I am really enjoying Handloader, just subscribed in August. It's not all about reloading, there are many great articles in it.

Rifle and Handloader are the ones I pay for. I get Am Rifleman as an NRA member. I also get Shooting Times because I keep filling out entries to win guns from Davidson's.

Rifle and Handloader are the only two i really care about, though. All the others are mostly gun of the month photospreads and really, how many pictures can one really care bout seeing of some flat black plastic gun?
