LTCH problems?

I got a buddy who is trying to get into firearms and is looking at getting an LTCH former Marine only thing is he has a DUI. What the verdic INGO?

One DUI without catastrophic related consequences is a Misdemeanor. Should cause no problems. If there were other issues with the DUI that pushed it into Felony status he is screwed.
2 DUI and it is a class D felony so no LTCH
