Samson Mfg. Backorders?

Does anyone know how long the wait is right now with Samson Mfg?

I ordered a 11" Evolution a month ago.
It's the last piece I need for my latest build and waiting is killing me.

I got my 15" revolution rail about a week after my order was placed. If I'm not mistaken, I placed my order at the end of December and got it prior to the 1st.

If that's the case, I wish I would have ordered just a bit earlier.

I was looking for a rail systems that were a little bit different and the Samson seemed by all accounts to be really well made and interesting. All the reviews were positive and with my new build I wanted something that wasn't "main stream".

Being the last piece I am waiting on makes it tough! They have no account creation on the site so there is no tracking per'se.

How do you like it? Did it meet your expectations?

I'm pleased so far. I still haven't got them mounted due to an argument that sparked between the included thermal bushings and my barrel nut (not included). The build quality is fantastic with a high attention to detail and very tight tolerances. However, there in lies the problem. Due to the strict tolerances, i believe my barrel nut is simply too bulky.

Just got an email and apparently they are at least three weeks behind still. I guess it gives me something to look forward to as I search for more bullets.

I was out of town at the time and I was hoping that when I got home it would be there waiting for me.
