Looking to start shooting on a friends property. Is there a local Indy gun store that sells portable target system? Not looking to brake the bank

Your issue will be caliber choice, durability, and size. I was shooting Bobcat steel Saturday with AK. AR, and mosin without issue. The smaller targets usually aren't rated for high velocity rifle bullets. I paid a decent amount for the torso and 30% or whatever the smaller was, but they will last a LONG time

We'd be happy to help out!

What calibers are you looking to shoot? What kind of targets are you after?
Depending on what you are after, we should have something to fit the bill.

I hung a 12" Round Bobcat Steel from a wood sawhorse and a couple of threaded hooks. Easy to move around and doesn't take up much room in the garage. Easy to fix too if you're a lousy shot like me.
I tried that, but the wood collect bullet frag, and will cut your hands when you move it.

I switched it up to the metal saw horses and love them.

Haven't been to Bobcat Steel but I found Profire last week and visited their shop and they had plenty in stock. Even solid and spring bases.

Good to know, I didn't know they stocked them.

Bobcat Steel is currently stocked locally at (alphabetical order):

    21st Century Firearms
    Bite The Bullet
    Bradis II
    Orion Arms
    Profire Arms and Supply
    R+Z Targets
    Sniper Company
    US Defense Solutions

We are working on a few other locations as well. We encourage you to ask your shop to contact us if you are wanting them to stock our targets.
