    Why did they cuff him, if they shot him in the head and killed him?

    Sometimes people who are obviously dead turn out to not be. I had a guy the medics had given up on answer his cell phone and start pleasuring himself before he died "again" and stayed that way.

    He was shot in the shoulder so says the info under the video. I was wondering why I didn't see no brains.
    That's going to leave a mark!
    It would have hurt less in the head.

    Yes it appears he is still alive. I stand corrected. I guess this shows one should not "assume" anything. I assumed he was head shot with a lighter caliber weapon. I am puzzled by a shoulder shot instead of a head shot in that type of situation.
