    I don't know Kirk. I can see them coming up with the following...

    1) Must be licensed to buy/operate a 3D printer.
    2) All 3D printer source materials must be inventoried and recorded.
    3) All 3D printers must have software installed that allows the gov to keep track of what is being printed.

    etc.

    And people will fall for it, because it will be...... for the children.
