Sounds like lot of confusion. Reporting at least 3 people injured one on the way to the hospital? Makes me crazy when the media starts guessing to create the drama.

Three shot? isnt that like 10% of the people in the entire mall?

Maybe its because I tend to hit that mall during the week (typically only to hit the target or Dicks) but every time Im in there its DEAD... (no pun intended) Im surprised its still operational. They must do a bang up business nights and weekends then. (pun intended)

    Anyone shoot back?

Legally, someone could have. Shame no one was nearby.

Of course not, the mall is a GFZ. :n00b:

Sort of. Sort of not. I'd consider this even less of a GFZ than a college campus. There are little to no repercussions to being "caught" carrying at the mall other than being asked to take it to your car.

What if the shooter(s) are from Illlinois....? Can IN complain that their neighbor is exporting their criminals? Would that be a news story?

    Just asking?

I hope they get them quick and good luck to the injured.

I personally don't understand this idea. They don't allow guns in the mall, so it is a GFZ. Same as someone who doesn't allow guns in their home. This idea that a law has to be in effect that specifically states such is preposterous.

When I was young, my family was always at Washington Square, and I even worked at that Target while in college for a few years. Don't see myself ever stepping foot in that mall again. My mom still lives over there, but there is nothing at that mall to draw her there any longer.
