Ozark Ordnance

Does anyone know what happened to Ozark Ordnance? The phone still rings but no one answers and all the mailboxes are full. Emails go unanswered. I talked to them about a month ago about an order that I placed about 3 months ago. They said that they were behind and that they would ship it to me within the month. I get the feeling that I am screwed? Anyone else in this boat?
