Tagged, WOW! Can't get volume at work. I assume all those grenades and artillery rounds are demilled? If not he's looking at a tax stamp for each and every one (of the ones that are even legal to own) isn't he?

EDIT: WOW, apparently NOTHING is demilled!

Great collection. It's something you could never have outside of the USA.:patriot:
Sadly in all museums all the guns are always deactivated.

Even displaying Nazi flags is illegal in many countries, let alone having guns and ammo in working order.

He mentioned his T54 tank was used to fight the Nazis ... but it's a Cold War era tank, there was no more Nazis (not fighting anyway) back then.:dunno:

Also he keeps mentioning "in case something big happens in town" ... this guy must hope ISIS will attack his town.:ar15:

"These are really hard to get...I have dozens."

    :):

That's why he only has dozens.
I'm not sure how it works to registeres each of his hand grenades, mines and other explosives.
Does he need a $200 for each?
This guy must have his own file cabinet at the ATF.

Also this being a museum open to the public (from what I understand) can he really have live hand grenades just sitting there behind a rope?:dunno:
I imagine visitors could easily pocket one on the way out.

This dude is clearly very wealthy, not to mention patient and persistent going through the onerous task of getting all that hardware okie doke with ATF.
    Must be nice...

I saw that vid posted on another BB a couple of weeks ago. The thread kind of turned on the guy after a while so I googled him. I spent way too much time reading up on him, his collection and his interesting business and family life.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed the error regarding the T54. He also held up ammo for the Austrian M95 while talking about the MG42, but I'm really getting pedantic. The bad side of the net, we all take our shots at every little thing.

What an amazing collection! Like somebody else said, I googled him and found it all really sad.

I imagine tour groups are small. And, I don't think you want him to catch you.
