They just announced on Facebook that the Dutch Village Market will closing down at the end of next month. They say the restaurant and auction area will remain open.
Of course if the complex is sold things may change.

I just came across this post and that does suck. I think it is time to do some checking and see what can be found out? If I hear anything I will post it here.
