Milius is a rarity in Hollywood, being pro-gun and conservative.
He also wrote some of the best scripts, with some of the funniest dialogue, out there, namely...
    Jeremiah Johnson
The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean
    Magnum Force
and the list goes on and on.

Spielberg and Lucas both think he is the smartest of the three. There is a great documentary on him titles "Milius". Used to be on Netflix.

The original Red Dawn was great when I was a teenager! And the Wind and the Lion, based on Roosevelt's response to an American being kidnapped, great stuff!

    John Millius is awesome.

I was disappointed when the NRA membership failed to vote for him that last time he ran for NRA board of directors. Mistake!

he owned one of the most (if not the most) iconic firearm of all time, he was given the Smith and Wesson model 29 used in the Clint Eastwood film "Dirty Harry" and has donated it to the nra museum!

    We need John Millius:

    1. Back on the NRA Board of Directors, and
    2. On INGO.

Hold up now. The NRA thing, that's fine.

But INGO? There are tests, litmus and otherwise, forms to be filled, references to be checked. Its. Just. Not. That. Simple.
