O.P. says nothing about them being 80%'ers.
It says "stripped lowers" which I take to be finished lowers, just not built.
$29.95 for a stripped lower is an OUTSTANDING price!

Yes they are stripped (firearms) not 80%.
this price is below dealer cost. Unless it's went down recently. A good deal If you like Anderson lowers
