I bought a Gen 2 Sub 2000 (9mm G19 version) about a year ago from a INGO member. Gun functioned great as long as I've had it. But noticed about a month ago that the barrel was loose (known issue). Sent in a service request and they got back to me with a ticket and mailing instructions in about 72 hrs. Sent it off on July 28th for repair.
Got it back on Aug 8 fixed, new extra thread protector and birdcage and no charge. 11 days door to door.
Impressive.
