KC announces gun care line and are not reportedly subject to the import ban.

The top three say (L to R, white, gray, black):

    (white) smazka, lubricant for weapons

    (gray) maslo, oil for weapons

    (black) smazka, lubricant, ceramic-based

Since when did Kalashnikovs need "care?"

Exactly, every 300 rounds I just run a bore snake through the gun and wipe off the bolt and bolt carrier and chamber and reapply a generous amount of motor oil and maybe a bit of axle grease if its summertime.

I actually believe the AK field manuals stated 40 degrees and above motor oil and axle grease, 40 to -20 just motor oil, and below -20 motor oil and kerosene

In the IDF--back when the standard issue rifle was the Galil--the provided cleaning solvent was kerosene laced with motor oil, but that was 35 years ago, things might have changed.

I agree, vodka would be wasted on an AK but I know someone who managed to leave a sunflower seed shell in his while cleaning it and it cycled just fine. An NCO found it for him during an inspection.

    Could be anywhere
I thought the average care provided an AK was to bury it in the ground and throw a piece of plastic sheet over it until it was needed...if those products were made to 'care' for an AK then they might not be suitable for any other weapon ever made.
