What the hell is this about? Development Site?

This just popped up while browsing the Long Guns sub-forum. Note: the page didn't load fully... Anyone smarter than me able to shed some light on it?

I thought this was going to be about the new order that Sub-Forums are listed on the main page, which IMHO is a mess and sucks. Put them back in the old easier to read/find order please.
