A South Bend and a Bridgeport!

Seriously, a vise is a must. I bought a rotary 10 years ago, but never got around to setting it up. I've used a standard Wilton for hundreds of firearms and never saw the need for the rotary...but it is pretty.

    Pegboard or a Bulletin Board?

    I don't see a calendar.

    Good ideas...

    who makes a good vise?

It has metal for for wall material. I was going to use a mix of magnetic hooks and metal pegboard.

Wilton makes a good vise. They can get real pricey depending on what you want. I know some of the Wilton Vise models come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. I do not know about all the models warranties. Hopefully you will get more replies about type of vise has worked well for others on INGO.

Wilton's will last a lifetime. Actually 2 lifetimes. My dad gave me mine 50 years ago and it will outlast my son. I've used mine as an anvil, welded on it, hacksawed on it....and actually used it to hold a thing or two. Get a set of polymer soft jaws or equivalent and you are good to go. Most of the time, I used leather scrap for protection.
