I purchased two laser bullet bore sight from Sportman's guide for $18.00.
I purchased a 9mm and a 7.62 x 39.
I have a universal bore sight that slips into the end of the barrel.
It just never seem to a-line my red dots when I punch paper.
Well I used the 7.62 to sight in my AK.
I got it a-lined. I removed the laser. When I picked it up to turn it off.
I got a bit confused. I did not see the laser dot.
I turned the switch (it is a screw out switch).
As I held the laser. I seen a very dim dot on my hand.
I put it away.
I got out the 9mm. I tried it in my handgun. I did some sighting on the wall.
Then I drove the cats crazy for a minute or two.
I slipped it into my carbine. I turned on the red dot sight.
I could not see the laser dot at about 15 feet.
I put my finger over the barrel.
I could just see dot.
That is two for two that last no longer than less than 5 minutes.
