    I have a pair of Howard Leight Impact Sport earmuffs. I pulled them out of my range bag one day and the plastic cover over the battery compartment was gone. I looked everywhere, but could not find it. I looked on the web to see if anyone else had that problem and found a way to buy a replacement. Someone said they had submitted a communication on the vendor website and the company replied and sent him a new cover free of charge. That was several years ago. I tried the same thing and got and got a very quick response from the company asking me to send them my address and they would send one right out. I did and a couple of days later I had a replacement cover in the mail. It's so nice to see a company take care of customers that way.

    That's great. Glad to hear companies still care... It is getting rare. I have a set, and now I will be able to truly recommend them to others aside from strictly function.
