A failure to understand the First of the Four Rules leads to two people being wounded in a Knox County, Tennessee shooting.

    1. Learn the Four Rules.
    2. Follow the Four Rules.
    3. Stop playing gun show.
    4. The Four Rules trump feckless geegaws on guns implemented for the California market. That crap does not work and is only put on as an after thought to sell guns in the biggest gun market in the USA. "Loaded chamber indicators" are the forward assists of handguns--feckless and will get you killed in the streets . . . or in a house of worship.

Stop passing your piece like a Doobie.

I can tell from the chamber indicator it’s empty so while it’s laying on this table I am going to pull on this here Trigger!

What the heck I shot my wife and my hand?

How bout not “bragging” about carrying a weapon and showing it off!

Keep your D&#$ beaters off the trigger!

I personally like loaded chamber indicators. It certainly doesn't make me any more or less careful with my gun, but I still find it useful.

After reading the story, the fact that he is in his 80's, he hasn't beaten his d*ck in a long time.
But I do get what you're saying, pay attention and keep your finger off the trigger.

Let's not make assumptions about others....though we now have a glimpse into 223's frustrations.

This is true, I should not have made the assumption that his peter no longer works.
But apparently he does not pay attention either, could be his age?

I have the same frustrations as everybody else.

Pointed in an unsafe direction? Yep.

Then, pulled trigger on purpose? Yep.

Nothing "accidentally" happened here, regardless of perceived loaded status. :dunno:
