    Normally a collection of the status would have riders in the turn over concerning the health and welfare of the collection. Storage display security viewing hours and future armory requirements.

    Then again we are dealing with gov’Ment here with budget concerns and constraints on both sides.

    Sounds like the people that have been preserving and displaying the collection own it now so no change! Can't wait to see the behind the scenes videos, we probably can't imagine the pieces held within!
