I will be going. I always end up with a bag that has candy, jerky and a shirt or two in it. Something about eating and looking at all the guns just appeals to me, heh.

The guys and gals of the Dunes Rifle and Pistol Club put on a great show. It used to be one of my favorite shows to set up. Man, I used to know a bunch of cops, customers and vendors at this show. Ah, the good 'ol days...

In respect for the fallen Chicago police officer that was murdered the other day ,and his funeral on 2/17/18 it might be a fitting tribute to all to display blue at this gun show.

Anyone go today? How was it?

Just got back. Boiling hot in the far room. Went for powder and primers. But too crazy priced for me. $29 per 1k cci small pistol primers and cheapest 1# of titegroup was $26. Heading to Cabelas to buy that stuff tomorrow. They have the primers for roughly same price, save a couple bucks, but powder is $5 a pound cheaper.
Did pick up a used Shield in 9mm for decent price though and got the large targets in the hallway area. Daughter loves shooting those big zombie targets. Got a lot of zicks too. Bacon and venison, alligator, and ham sticks. Love me some Zicks

I was there this morning at opening. It was a good show, and a little bit of everything from new to old. Defiantly busier this morning than the show in the fall.
