The cited story could easily have been written about such a happening in Chicago, Baltimore or California. How could such an occurrence happen in these locations as well given the draconian anti 2nd Amendment laws in these locales. Simple, criminals do not obey laws, PERIOD! That is what they do. Too bad the idiot politicians do not understand this simple concept when they start blabbering for more gun control laws.

The only thing gun control laws do is to turn law abiding citizens into involuntary victims. Gun free zones are like sanctuary cities, they attract criminals.
