    When will people learn that if the government can't get you on a substantive statute violation the IRS will always find a way to get you and then the government can concentrate on any ancillary or substantive issues, like the firearms violations in this case. Anyone remember Al Capone? History repeats itself in that regard - taxes, taxes, taxes.
