Massachusetts SCJ allows M15 ban

Hope this isn’t a dupe. A Massachusetts SCJ has dismissed a lawsuit that file to fight the recent ban on the AR15. The judge said the AR15 is a military weapon and th 2nd Amendment doesn’t cover military weapons. Much more could be said - but I’m certain others may wish to comment.
