Can I legally carry while on campus at Machester College?

I am sure it is against some University policy, but not against the law.

If you are a student there and you're found out, they could kick you out of school.

Not a student. Just need to drop off daughter for a camp.

K12 school related camp? That would possibly change things, and it has little to do with Manchester.

If it is one of their University-run camps (Lego camp, for example), then shouldn't be any issues (other than their university policies).
