Are you allowed to bring in your own firearms and sell them privately? I see people bring stuff in all the time, but have never witnessed a private sale, most of the time it's sales to the vendors. what say ye?

Assuming arguendo that the guns are yours and not stolen and that you will not sell to prohibited persons under state or federal law, then you are golden.

Fantastic, thanks Kirk. they are indeed mine, and typically i require an Indiana drivers license and LTCH to sell private sale. thanks for the info!

Most of the people that you see selling to dealers are "gun renters" or "shootalicators".

They hop from gun to gun, willing to pay the vig to the dealer so they can buy the next.

Yes, you can sell them to anyone as long as the transaction is legal. If you have any questions about the legality of a sale, there are information sheets from BATFE at the gun show on the mailing list sign-up table. You may only sell to an Indiana resident unless you transfer it through an FFL. Also, please make sure any firearms or magazines you bring in are unloaded and have them checked at the entrance. I know this sounds like it should be obvious, but you would be surprised how many people attempt to bring in loaded firearms.
