I am putting this up front because, Every time i open up a Tweet or INGO or NRA page.
I get a Banner covering the page.
I am suppose to be loaded with all the ANTI everything protection software.
I also get notices that all my ANTI stuff is up to date.

What browser are you using? Is this on a computer or mobile device?

I am on here using Chrome, and I have whitelisted the site in Ghostry and Privacy Badger. Those are the only tools I use other than my Antivirus when I surf on the computer.

Windows 10 on a "HP" laptop.

I copy & pasted banner add below. There was a split frame pictures.
The add always shows up on the last tweet.

Activate the adblocker add-on. I have it on and don't see any ads or banners.

uBlock Origin if you're using Chrome.

Even lets you pick elements of a site that you don't want to see and manually add them to be blocked.

I know the ads you're talking about. And the full-page one. I've never seen them with uBlock on.

Ad Blocker keeps telling me it is working.
I just installed and started using "Ghostery" A number keep growing under its icon upper right.

I use Firefox and don't see any of the items you are describing, and don't believe I have any special add ons for ad blocking.

Are you on a home computer or a work computer? If it's a work computer, they could have you restricted.

try using an adblocker hosts file, follow instructions and the amount of ads/banners you see will drop dramatically.

I just opened my first tweet today. Correction Thread not tweet.
a few seconds later my screen was covered with a picture of a red dot sight aiming at a target.

Well I was able to copy / paste the whole add.
This one or several pop ups.
I did install ghostery. on my own laptop. I did virus scans almost daily.

I was totally shocked when Copy / paste showed the complete banner I received.

How do I do a "screen capture"?
INGO main Forum opened. I clicked on "General Firearms Discussion".

The "Red Dot" banner appear about 5 seconds after the page opened. It covered the entire page on my screen.

Again I ask what is "WHITE LIST"?
