A recent discovery was brought to my attention that Brownells is now carrying a 37mm M203 replica and handguards.

To me it seems like they're going for another retro line similar to the 601 stuff they started back at the beginning of the year. Kind of expensive though considering 40mm LMTs are on gunbroker for $100 less than the replica. Ya add a tax stamp but at the same time you could use the hornets nest and shotgun adapters legally at that point. With both being made by LMT I'm curious if you can later put a 40mm barrel on it? I know LMT sells both barrels and receivers individually for the 40mm but not sure if they interchange.
Just thought I'd share, planned on doing a m16a2 m203 build Scarface style myself one day. Thinking I'm going to go the 40mm route instead though.
