My final thought of the day.

Musical trucks drive around selling firearms and ammo. (Again, blaring Petty's Won't Back Down)

All the guys would put down their crescent wrenches, and run to the truck. A reward for a hard-day's work.

Perhaps a semi-trailer with built-in two-stall shooting lanes could follow?

    Sweet dreams gun owners...sweet dreams.

I work for Edy's delivering and setting up displays at big stores. I'd much rather be driving around with pallets of guns and ammo than Ice cream. The back of the truck wouldn't have to be -15, what a fun job that would be...

All the kids on the block would run into their houses and yell "MOM, the firearms truck is here... can I have $600?"

Mom: "Johnny, I just gave your brother $500 for a S&W 642. What-a-ya think I'm made of money?"

    Johnny: " Daaaad"

Heck, someone has one of those three bin loose candy vending machines in the for sale section and the first thing I thought was "would that work with ammo?"

The ice cream truck that drives through our neighborhood scares me. I don't think I will ever let my children buy stuff from it. It's a rusted out old van with balloon stickers on it being driven by a really creepy guy. The whole thing screams "child molester"...

    and we live in Zionsville!

"Daddy! Daddy! The ice cream truck is here, can I get some ice cream?"

"Alright sweetheart, here is $3, but make sure you grab a pistol from the safe on your way out."

My point with the thread, on a somewhat serious note, is WHY NOT?
Are there any regulations (etc) that precludes this from happening?
Doest BATFE require a FIXED location? If so, how do the gunshows allow the gun dealers to sell there? Etc... Etc...

So, I would think it's possible. Set up a booth/trailer like that at other things where booths and trailers sell stuff.

    Corn dogs..

    guns.

    Elephant ears

    ammo

    deep fried snickers

    knives and bacon.

That was the point of my post. This guy IS or at least appears to be doing it. He is in Whitehall, IL. Surely it can be done in good ol' Indiana.
