I was looking for some mag storage options for AR mags and anything store-bought I could find was mind boggling expensive and only holds a few mags.

I made my own using a couple pieces of strap bracing and 4” carriage bolts. Strong enough to hold a bunch of loaded mags and keep them right where I can keep an eye on them.

That's awesome! But what's holding them between the bolts?

BTW, you might have a patentable, or at least marketable, idea there. :D

If nothing else, instructables.com may be a way for you to share the how-to of your project.

It looks like gravity is pulling the mags toward the wood paneling. In the 2nd pic there are mags not in between bolts. Am I looking at this correctly?

    BWAHAHAHA

Now I see the loose rounds on the edge in the top picture (top right) to get the orientation. The lags are horizontal, so the mags are laying on the bolts. That makes sense. :)

No, those are the new sticky base rounds.

Very nicely done. I love when people think outside the box and make exactly what they need on their own.

    An anti-gravity mag storage system.
    Everybody's going to want one.

Are you selling stocks to your company?
