Well, I finally got one!

I found an email from RKGuns today advertising the Mossberg Shockwave in either 20ga or .410bore for a special buy price of $299 +tax & $12.99 shipping to Rural King, and the grand total comes out at just over $337.
No transfer fee to pick it up at Rural King, and they are less than a mile from my house.

Eventually I'd like to have one of each flavor, .410, 20ga, and 12ga, but the .410 is a good start.
The .410's are usually harder to find.

Congrats! First thing you'll want to do is change the loop mount to look like this;

That way your hand doesn't run across the screws.

Thanks for the link Ive been trying to find one down here for awhile. They seemed to be all over a few months ago but I haven’t seen one in my LGS in over a month. That’s an amazing deal too considering the cheapest they had them here was $399-$429.

That is a great idea. Off to do that now because those screws and the webbing are not gentle on the hands.
