I've never known this promoter to cancel a show.

Why would the show be cancelled? Because of a little snow? We have had shows during a snow emergency before, it won't get cancelled because of a few inches of snow. This is Indiana, not Texas. This show will not be cancelled.

I drove by when i was out and about today. It didn't look like it was very busy at all.

There were only about 50-75 people when I was there from 1030-1200. Not a bunch of stuff to see.
